Every ring is presented in a turned beech wood box with the Orloff wordmark burned into the lid, lined with natural linen rather than the moulded foam and flocked plastic the trade normally uses.
Beech is Denmark's national tree. Linen is a plant fibre. Neither needs a disclaimer, which is rather the point. A customer who opens that box has already understood what kind of company made the ring inside it.

What partners ask first
- What exactly is a Solar Grown diamond?A lab-grown diamond produced by chemical vapour deposition in a facility powered by more than 100 acres of solar panels. Chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond. Solar Grown describes our production energy. The stones are lab-grown and always described that way to consumers.
- What is the retail margin?The full wholesale price list, with recommended retail prices, is provided on application. Write to us and we will send it.
- Are prices in US dollars?Yes. The Starter Collection is 2 600 USD and the wholesale price list is quoted in US dollars. Prices are held for 30 days from quotation.
- Who handles import duty and VAT?Goods ship from Thailand. There is no free trade agreement between the EU and Thailand, so standard third-country duty applies to articles of precious metal, plus import VAT at your national rate, reclaimable if you are VAT registered. Delivery terms and who acts as importer of record are confirmed on application.
- Do I have to buy exclusively from Orloff?No. No exclusivity is required of you, and no minimum order applies after the Starter Collection.
- What if I need a size you don't stock?Everything is made to order, so any size is available at the same price.
- Is the gold really recycled?Yes. 18K gold from certified recycled sources, with chain-of-custody documentation available on request.
