Where we ship from

Every order is dispatched from our workshop in Hua Hin, Thailand, wherever in the world you are.

Rates

Regular shipping is free. Express shipping is $32. Courier shipping is $54. Every parcel is tracked, and you receive the tracking number when it leaves us.

Duties, import VAT and customs

Prices at checkout do not include import duty or local sales tax. Because your parcel is exported from Thailand, most countries will charge duty or VAT on arrival, and the carrier will ask you to pay it before delivering. That charge is set by your own customs authority, not by us, and we can neither predict nor refund it.

We declare every parcel at its full value. We will not under-declare an order or mark it as a gift. Doing so is illegal, and it would void the insurance protecting your piece in transit.

If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs it returns to us, and we refund the order less shipping and any charges we incur.

Getting the address right

We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. Tell us within 24 hours if something is wrong and we will correct it if the parcel has not yet gone.
